However, we understand that situations can change, and there may be times when you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed, as well as the steps involved in requesting a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following circumstances:
Booking Cancellations: If you cancel your booking within the specified time frame (at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup), you will be eligible for a full refund.
Service Issues: If the service you received was significantly different from what was promised (e.g., issues with vehicle quality, arrival delay), you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of the service to request a resolution.
Unavailability of Vehicle: If, for any reason, a vehicle is unavailable at the time of your booking, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the service.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled ride without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Changes in Plans: Refunds will not be issued for changes in travel plans after the service has been confirmed and executed (such as reducing travel duration or changing the destination).
Force Majeure: In cases of extraordinary circumstances, such as weather disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions, we may not be able to offer refunds but will work with you to reschedule your service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by phone or email as soon as possible.
Provide Details: Include evidence of payment, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting information (e.g., proof of cancellation, service issue details, etc.).
Review: Our team will review your request and assess whether you meet the refund criteria.
Processing: If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 1- 3 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method/account.
